I’m Melanie West, the person behind Mel’s Goods. Not coming from a design or marketing background, but with a technical mindset, this shop has been built step by step through learning, experimenting, and persistence. What began as a small idea has grown into a place where designs reflect stories and connections.

Designs should feel personal, whether they are keepsakes for family, gifts for friends, or something that simply makes you smile. Living in Wisconsin, inspiration comes from nature, family, and everyday life. Time with my husband, friends, grandkids, family and adventures with our dog Ruger, all find their way into the designs created.

Some products are custom made to reflect your story, your family, or your community. Others come from my own aesthetic, shaped by what is happening in life. At its heart, Mel’s Goods is about creativity with purpose. Each design is created to be stylish, genuine, and a reminder of what matters most.
